This spectacular waterfall lies hidden at the end of a deep valley in the foothills of the Tengger range. The water has cascades from the dense forest above. The primary attraction is its natural environment that is encircled by 7 waterfalls and caves.

Madakaripura waterfall is not only a beautiful place, but also a historical one. A legend of this waterfall is connected with the name of Gajah Mada, who was the prime minister of the largest Javanese empire, Majapahit. Madakaripura waterfall believed to be the last meditation place of Gajah Mada.

Gajah Mada is the main character who managed to unite the whole archipelago (Indonesia) under the Majapahit kingdom. Sulamadaha hidden Beach

I went to this panoramic restaurant in Ternate.

We ordered some snacks and drinks, because that's still too soon to have a dinner.

Not much guest in here, maybe that because we came here at weekdays.
But the view is spectacular, I can sit all day watch and admire the panoramic view.

Tolire Lake




Tolire Lake is set in a crater at the foot of Mount Gamalama.

There's a lot of legend story about this lake, the local people believe that there is a white crocodiles in this lake.

Another uniqueness of this lake is that throwing a rock into the lake, no matter how strong the throw will never touch the water of the lake, even the water is not rippling.

Fort Tolukko
